In case you missed Jack’s post, check it out: IDEs and tools for Ext JS 2.0.  He goes over several options that developers have when it comes to using an IDE to streamline their Ext 2.x coding.  You may not be aware, but Aptana currently only ships with Ext 1.1 (which is what CF 8 is running btw, and might be a good thing for us CF8 developers).  However, you can also download a plugin for Aptana that brings it up to speed with Ext 2.x.  Jack also lets us know about several other alternative to an Ext IDE, including a Dreamweaver extension.
