Came across an interesting web site yesterday, which is a nice mashup using Google Maps to show where you can find talented web 2.0 developers. Jobalize is a project that Sébastien Gruhier is involved in - he is the author the prototype window class project. The best part is the HUGE spinning indicator =)
The site lists web 2,0 developers around the country (and world) along with events that are happening in your area. According to the site, "Who’s Web" provides the ability to:
- Find easily Web 2.0 talents in your area
- Extend your network by contacting experts and passionated people
- Organize local events, meetings and Barcamp
I have registered on the site, and also registered the October CFUGCNY meeting as an upcoming event in Syracuse. So go ahead and register for the CFUGCNY October meeting!
